What is Highrise?
Highrise is a web-based collaboration and management tool for residential/strata communities which enables residents from the same condominium or community to connect, share and communicate privately online on important matters pertaining their building or residential area. HighRise is unique because it encourages active participation from the residents by rewarding them with loyalty points for their usage of HighRise
Who is Highrise for?
If you live in a condominium or a gated community and want to be regularly updated on what's happening in your residence or need your community to vote, comment or decide on certain issues, Highrise is what you're looking for.
If you are a property management company looking for a software system to help you effectively manage the residents at your building, then Highrise is the perfect tool for you! Contact us for more details.
How do I install Highrise?
There's no installation required, Highrise is web-based. You only need a web browser (Mozilla Firefox works best). However, you will have to go through the setup process to ensure that HighRise is properly setup for your community.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, if you choose the TREE plan, you can get your domain registrar to point your domain to our domain name servers. Once you have activated your TREE plan account, you can submit a support ticket to us to configure the necessary settings.
For the other plans, however, you will be using our Highrise domain (e.g. http://yourchoiceofname.highrise.my). You will be requested to provide your preferred sub-domain name when signing up.
Which languages are supported?
At this point of time, the Highrise interface is available in English only, but the users can type in any language they prefer.
Can I get a preview of Highrise before deciding?
You can always sign up for the TWIG plan which is FREE and see how Highrise can be beneficial for your community.

How much does Highrise cost?
We have 2 different plans for you to choose from. Please refer to the Pricing/Sign Up page for more information.
How do I pay?
You will receive an invoice upon registering. You can pay by PayPal (Recommended), bank transfer or cash cheque.
How does the monthly subscription work?
Highrise works on a pre-paid subscription model. You will purchase subscription credits based on the selected plan and duration. These subscription credits will be deducted on a monthly basis until your credit is fully used.
You can purchase subscription credits either during sign up, upgrading or extension of your community's subscription period.
Are there sign up fees, termination fees or other hidden fees?
No, the price you pay is simply the subscription fee based on the plan you've chosen.
How does your cancellation policy work?
Should you decide to cancel your Highrise subscription, all remaining subscription credits in your account will not be refunded.
How do I register?
Go to the Pricing/Sign Up page, choose your preferred plan and click on the sign up button. It will lead you to a sign up form. Fill up the necessary information and submit. Your sign up application will be validated before approval.
We will only approve your sign up application if you are a representative from the following type of organizations:
- Owners Corporation/Joint Management Body
- Property/Strata Management Company
- Property Developer
- Residential Property Service Provider
If you are just a resident interested in Highrise, please get your owners corporation or property managers to sign up with Highrise.
Who can access my Highrise?
Only owners, tenants and/or the management company of the same building are given access.
Are there other Highrise templates/themes that I can use for my community?
Yes, there is a growing list of templates/themes for you to choose from. Under the TWIG plan, only FREE templates are available.
For TREE plan communities, you will have access to all templates.
